Prices are read straight from the pool. Market cap is the full supply at the current price. It is shown in US dollars where we can price the pair asset, otherwise in the pair asset itself.

Name, ticker, image. The whole supply of — goes straight into the pool as a permanently locked position. No owner is left on the token: nobody can mint more, pause transfers or blacklist a holder. Not us either.
The current base trading fee is —. It splits — between you as the creator, the protocol, and whoever referred the trade. You can also add your own tax on top, or share part or all of your creator allocation with eligible holders. An optional creator tax and a temporary launch-window surcharge can increase the total trading fee. Each pool keeps the fee settings recorded when it launched.
Your fees are held by an escrow contract, credited to your address. We cannot move them, redirect them or freeze them. You press claim and the contract pays your address directly.
On Arc, the base fee is split between the creator, protocol and referrer. Without a referrer, the creator receives 80% and the protocol 20%. Arc has no CARDO buyback reserve.
Choose your name, ticker and image. Token details cannot be edited after launch. No additional tokens can be minted.
What your coin trades against. Fees are collected in this asset, so a coin paired with GOOGL pays GOOGL.

Optional. Your first purchase executes inside the launch transaction. An ERC-20 purchase may first require a separate approval. Gas is extra.
Choose how to split your earnings. This setting cannot be changed after launch.
Rewards accrue in the pair asset. Eligible holders claim them from the contract.
Check every detail before signing. Launch creates the token and locked pool; an ERC-20 first purchase may need an approval first.
Receives the creator share of the platform fee. Fixed at launch, it cannot be changed later.
Additional trading fee, shared according to your chosen fee module. Maximum 10%. Traders pay 1.00% today.
Start price and launch cap are before your optional first purchase. The launch window adds a temporary buy surcharge that decreases over time.
Token details are not available yet. New launches can take a moment to appear.

Cardo is a public interface to smart contracts deployed on a blockchain. It lets anyone create a fixed-supply token paired with another asset, and trade tokens other people created. You choose and authorise your own transactions through your wallet. Cardo is currently operated as an individual project, not through an incorporated company. In these terms, "we" and "us" refer to the person operating the Cardo interface.
Cardo is non-custodial. We never have access to your private keys and we never take your tokens into an account we control. Every transaction is built in your browser and signed by your own wallet.
To be precise about fees: the fees you earn as a creator, a holder or a referrer are held in an escrow smart contract until you withdraw them. Only the credited account, or an eligible holder claiming their rewards, can authorise a withdrawal. The contracts also let the claimant choose a different receiving address. We cannot withdraw your accrued fees on your behalf, freeze them or recover access to a lost wallet. We cannot reverse a confirmed blockchain transaction.
You may use Cardo only if you are at least 18 years old and only where doing so is lawful for you. You may not use Cardo if you are located in, or acting on behalf of anyone in, a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you appear on any applicable sanctions list. You are responsible for knowing the rules that apply to you.
Keep your seed phrase and keys to yourself. Anyone holding them controls your assets. Cardo will never ask for them. If your wallet is compromised, we cannot help you recover anything.
Displayed prices, market caps and expected output are estimates based on pool data and, where available, external price sources. Dollar conversions may be approximate or stale. Market cap is price multiplied by total supply, not the amount of money available in the pool. Your signed transaction specifies a minimum output: if execution cannot meet that limit, the swap reverts. Network gas may still be spent on a reverted transaction. Review the transaction and its limits in your wallet.
Anyone can launch a token. Its name, ticker, image, description and links are supplied by whoever created it, and they alone are responsible for that content, including any claim, trademark or impersonation it contains. Appearing on Cardo, being listed, sorted, searched or featured is not an endorsement, a recommendation, or any assessment of quality or legitimacy.
At launch the whole supply goes into the pool as a permanently locked position, there is no owner on the token and no way to mint, pause or blacklist. That removes a specific set of risks. It does not make a token safe, valuable or a good purchase. A token can fall to zero while its liquidity stays locked, and the person who created it can sell.
Tokens traded through Cardo are volatile and often experimental. You can lose everything you put in. Smart contracts can contain defects; networks can halt, reorganise or become congested; third-party infrastructure we rely on can fail or return wrong data. You accept these risks and you bear your own losses.
Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. We owe you no fiduciary duty. We may ourselves hold, create or trade tokens that appear on Cardo, including at the same time as you.
The platform fee applied to each trade, and its split between creator, protocol and referrer, are set in the contracts and shown on the site before you trade. A creator may add their own tax on top, which is displayed on the token's page. A temporary launch-window surcharge may also apply. Creating a token requires the displayed launch fee, and network gas is separate. An ERC-20 purchase may require a separate approval transaction. Creator rewards can be shared partly or fully with eligible holders. Trading fees accrue in the pool's pair asset. Fees are collected on-chain; any refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
Working out, reporting and paying any tax arising from your activity is entirely your responsibility.
Do not use Cardo to commit fraud, launder money, manipulate a market, evade sanctions, impersonate a person or a brand, distribute malware, scrape or overload the service, or break any law that applies to you. Do not upload content you have no right to use.
We can hide, delist or stop displaying any token, image or link on this interface, and we can limit or refuse access to the interface, at our discretion and without notice. The underlying contracts are permissionless and remain on-chain regardless; removing something from this site does not remove it from the blockchain.
Cardo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not promise the site, the data feed or the underlying network will be available at any given moment.
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost tokens, lost opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of Cardo, even if we were told such damages were possible. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited in aggregate to the platform fees you actually paid through Cardo in the three months before the event, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of Cardo, from content or tokens you created, or from your breach of these terms or of any law or third-party right.
Cardo relies on services we do not control, including wallet extensions, blockchain RPC providers, hosting and content delivery. Their behaviour, availability and terms are their own. Links to external sites are not endorsements.
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use Cardo after a change means you accept it.
If you have a concern about the service, contact us using the details below. These terms do not select an exclusive court or impose compulsory arbitration. Applicable law determines jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Cardo is currently an individually operated project, not an incorporated company. In this policy, "we" and "us" refer to the person operating the Cardo interface. Privacy requests can be sent through the contact listed below.
We do not ask you to create an account, we do not ask for your name or email, and we do not sell anything about you. Most of what you see on this site is public blockchain data that would exist with or without us.
On-chain data. Wallet addresses, transaction hashes, balances, trades and the token metadata written into the contracts. This is public by design. Our indexer reads, stores and displays this data so the site can provide token lists, trading history and reward information.
Content you submit. If you launch a token you supply a name, ticker, description, links and optionally an image. If you upload an image we store it and serve it. Anything you submit is intended to be public.
Basic technical data. Our hosting and network providers process the usual request information, such as IP address, approximate location, browser and the pages requested, in order to serve the site and to protect it from abuse.
We do not request or collect your private keys or seed phrase. Never enter or upload them here: anyone who obtains them may control your assets.
Anything written on-chain, including your wallet address, your trades and the metadata of a token you created, is permanent and public. We cannot delete or rewrite these contract records. An image or website URL recorded on-chain is permanent, but the content hosted at that URL may change or become unavailable. Removing hosted content does not erase its on-chain URL or copies held by others. Please keep that in mind before publishing.
We use your browser's local storage for small conveniences: your theme choice, your wallet connection preference, your watchlist, a referral address, and your unfinished Create form, including its text, links and choices. Drafts older than two hours are discarded when the form next loads. Other saved preferences remain until cleared. Saving a draft does not publish it, but uploading an image sends the file to our server immediately; launching submits the metadata to the blockchain. A saved referral address can be included in a trade you submit. We do not add advertising cookies or cross-site tracking scripts.
Serving this site necessarily involves third parties, each acting under their own terms: Vercel hosts the interface, Fly.io runs our indexer and image storage, and public blockchain RPC providers answer chain queries. Google Fonts supplies fonts and Cloudflare cdnjs supplies a JavaScript library. Loading externally hosted token images also contacts their hosts. These requests can disclose your IP address and request information to those providers. Your wallet extension is a third party too, and what it sends is governed by its own policy.
The indexer stores public token and trading records to operate the interface. Uploaded images may be stored even if you never finish launching a token. We have not set a fixed deletion schedule for these uploads; contact us to request removal of content we host. Provider log and backup retention depends on their service settings; no exact retention period is promised here. On-chain records remain outside our deletion control.
You can use a different wallet address, clear your browser storage at any time, and decline to upload an image. If you want us to stop displaying off-chain content you submitted, contact us so we can review and action your request for content we control. We may need to verify that you are entitled to make the request. We cannot remove on-chain records or copies controlled by others. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and complain to the relevant data protection authority.
Cardo is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly process data from children.
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it.
